November 2011 - Politicians have been enjoying a special pint in the House of Commons, Strangers Bar. It is a tradition amongst MPs to nominate their preferred beers. Martin Horwood Cheltenham's Lib Dem MP said "We wanted a beer that would be popular and Sunbeam is a modern light ale that fits the bill."

Martin has been a supporter of the brewery for many years and has championed the cause of Cheltenham's oldest working brewery, often buying bottles of beer from the brewery shop.
